We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager for our I-SEC NL subsidiary located in Schiphol Oost, Netherlands. The position involves the practical application of marketing techniques and management of the company's marketing resources and activities. The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for creating new business opportunities for I-SEC NL and helping define the marketing strategy and vision of the company.
Responsibilities include:
Create/define new business strategies and initiatives
Assist in sales strategy definition, identify potential clients, partners and market segments
Identify and reply to airport/airline tenders
Close deals and follow up to implementation stage
Requirements:
5 years minimum experience in business development and/or sales
Outstanding knowledge of the aviation market is a must, including airlines, airports, and (security) regulatory bodies in The Netherlands
Extensive network in Netherlands airport management
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Takes initiative and has the ability to work with minimal supervision
Employment type: full-time contract but I-SEC will also consider other arrangements.
Remuneration: fixed salary + comission + car.
Country Manager Italy
I-SEC is looking for a Country Manager - Italy. Responsibilities include leading I-SEC activities in Italy and overseeing all aspects of the company such as sales, operations, finance. Requirements include:
Miminum 5 years experience and background in aviation security
Knowledge of local market including airlines, airports, and relevant authorities in Italy
Ability to identify requirements and solutions for new business or client opportunities
Good leadership/management skills
