Doron Zicher was appointed as the Managing Director of I-SEC in 2005. Previously, he served as VP Products and Technology of ICTS International N.V. between 2000 and 2003, followed by two years during which he filled several other managerial positions at ICTS.

Possessing over 20 years of experience in the field of aviation security including innovative security concepts, systems, and technological solutions, Doron led the development of the technological APS system.

Gert-Jan van Holten joined I-SEC in June 2005 and is serving as its Finance Director. As a financial professional, he has been active in a wide variety of business environments varying from smallbiz companies to multinationals.

Before joining I-SEC, Gert-Jan held the position of Senior Financial Officer at a top-5 investment bank operating worldwide. Gert-Jan van Holten holds a B.A. in Business Finance from the Amsterdam.

Adan Morik joined I-SEC to support the company’s growing sales and marketing effort and to manage customer relations. Previously, he held senior positions at several firms in the wireless telecommunications field.

Adan has worked for El Al Israel Airlines and Arkia Israeli Airlines as a security profile agent and supervisor for a period of 6 years several airports worldwide. He holds a degree in International Business & Management from the Amsterdam School for Economics.

Roded Oryan has played a major role in building I-SEC and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running security operations at all I-SEC locations. Following 25 years in the military attaining a Colonel rank, he served as a Security Manager for El Al in The Netherlands. He later became ICTS International Head of Product Control and Training Department. Roded holds a BA in Economics and Logistics.

John Korver benefits from 15 years of expertise and experience in the field of aviation security. John  serves as I-SEC Director of Product Control and Training, additionally providing security consulting services to foreign airports. Previously, he filled a variety of security management positions, including Manager of Airport Security at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

Galit Bauer joined I-SEC in June 2008 and is serving as HR Manager with worldwide responsibility for the human resources function. Galit benefits from numerous years of experience in which she has dealt with various levels of recruitment in different markets. Prior to joining I-SEC, Galit worked as HR Manager at the European HQ of a global company in the medical industry.

Roy Weinberg possesses numerous years of experience in the field of technology management. As general manager of I-SEC A.S., Roy is responsible for all technological aspects of the I-SEC group, focusing on the continuous development, sales activities, and support of  innovative solutions. Previously, Roy served in various managerial positions in the High Tech industry, both in the Telecom and homeland security areas. Roy holds a B.Sc. degree from Tel-Aviv University.

Scott Ramsay joined I-SEC as VP Sales and Operations for North America to support sales activities and act as the main point of contact in North America. Scott possesses numerous years of experience in the aviation industry in general, and in aviation security in particular. During the previous four years, Scott was Managing Director Security and Emergency Response at a major U.S. carrier.
