As I-SEC continues to expand, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based at the company's headquarters at Schiphol-Oost, Netherlands.
Duties:
•Reports to the group’s Sales & Marketing Director
•Supports and drives regional sales, by coordinating and identifying sales opportunities. Help the regions achieve their sales quota.
•Manage global RFP (Request for Proposals), writing and supporting regional sales teams during the RFP phase, making sure all requirements are 100% encountered. Be involved in the pricing analysis and coordinate approval of final documents with the company HQ.
•Maintains and expands customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
•Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Skills:
•Minimum 5-7 years experience in a sales position
•Familiar with the aviation industry
•Focused and goal oriented
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Experience in writing and managing complex RFP‘s process
•Good knowledge of English, French and German would be advantage
